What happens when a tenant or owner calls

It answers, takes the message and makes no promises for you.

  • Each call opens with the caller told they are speaking with an AI assistant, that the call is recorded and transcribed so your team can follow up, and that staying on the line means they consent.
  • Then it asks, one question at a time, for the caller’s full name, the best callback number, what is wrong in their own words, a good time to call back and their email.
  • The name, the callback number and, when given, the email are read back before it closes.
  • Tenants, owners, vendors, prospective renters and sales calls all leave a message the same way.
  • Someone hurt or in danger right now is told to call 911, or 988 if it is about harming themselves, and the message is marked urgent.
  • A caller who says a problem is urgent has the message marked urgent, in the caller’s words.
  • It never transfers a call, to anyone.
  • It gives no advice, quotes no price, books, confirms or cancels nothing, and promises nothing about what your team will do or when, so no repair is dispatched and no visit is promised. Your team decides at the callback.
  • The line is English only, so a caller who cannot continue in English is told so.

The whole call, step by step

What it does

A message for your team, not a dispatcher.

The whole message

Name, callback number, what is wrong in the caller’s words, a good time to call back and an email. Read back, and emailed to you.

Urgent when the caller says so

If someone says it is urgent, the message is marked urgent. Anyone in danger is told to call 911 first.

Nothing promised for you

No advice, no price, no booking and no word on who will come or when. What needs your word waits for your team’s callback.

Pricing

One plan. Every answered call included.

One plan, $149 a month, every answered call included. Fair use is a guide of up to 100 answered calls a month for one firm’s own line, not a cap: nothing meters your calls or cuts them off at that number. If you are consistently and substantially above it, we may get in touch to agree terms that fit that volume, and if we cannot agree any, the Terms of Service let either side end the plan.

Intake Gateway
