Pennsylvania injury firms: let an AI take the late-night call.
Send your Pennsylvania firm’s line to Intake Gateway when the office closes and it answers as an AI, not a person, working through a full personal-injury intake until morning.
Check the AI’s work: each intake email gives its summary and what the caller told it, and the call’s recording and full transcript are in your dashboard. AI intake and the ethics rules
Call the number we give you from your own phone and hear the agent take an intake — up to 15 minutes of test calls, before you add a card. First month free: a 30-day free trial, every answered call included, one trial per firm. Card on file, nothing charged before day 31. No setup fee. Month to month. US firms, calls in English and — if you switch it on — Spanish.
Start with nights and weekends. Forward your line only after hours, only the calls you don’t answer, or every call — a choice you make with your phone carrier or phone system, not a setting here, and can change at any time.
Hear our agent take an intake on the demo line, 75 seconds
Recorded on our demo line: our AI agent answering an automated test caller who plays an invented person. It starts after the opening disclosure every call begins with.
From the recording:
Caller (invented)
I was rear-ended Tuesday while stopped at a red light on Park Street in Madison. The insurance adjuster called this morning asking for a recorded statement and quick settlement, and that worries me.
Agent
That would worry anyone. Were you hurt in the crash?
Caller (invented)
Yes. I went to the ER that night; they said it was soft tissue, but my neck still hurts and I can’t turn my head properly.

Agent: That would worry anyone. Were you hurt in the crash?
Caller (invented): Yes. I went to the ER that night; they said it was soft tissue, but my neck still hurts and I can’t turn my head properly.
Agent: And are you working with another attorney on this already?
Caller (invented): No, I haven’t talked to any lawyer yet.
Agent: Thank you for telling me that -- I'm going to take this down for the office. Before we get into the details, I need to take a couple of names for our records. Can I start with your full name?
Caller (invented): Dana Whitfield.
Agent: Dana Whitefield. And do you know the name of the other driver?
Caller (invented): It’s Dana Whitfield—W-h-i-t-f-i-e-l-d. The other driver was Ray Kessler.
Agent: Dana Whitfield, W-H-I-T-F-I-E-L-D, and the other driver, Ray Kessler. Is that right?
What Pennsylvania’s recording law means for the opening line.
Pennsylvania requires every party’s consent to record a call (18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5703), not just the recorder’s. The agent’s opening never varies from call to call: Every call opens with the same fixed disclosure, sent as the agent’s opening line: the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and not an attorney, the call is recorded and transcribed, staying on the line is consent, and anyone who would rather not be recorded can hang up (the exact words).
Forwarding only after hours is a choice you make with your phone carrier or phone system, not a setting here. You keep answering in the day and your agent takes nights and weekends.
The agent never gives legal advice or predicts an outcome: that is a hard rule, not a setting. On fees, the agent says only the exact sentence you write for it, and it never quotes a percentage or estimates what a case is worth.
A generic AI receptionist takes a message. This one runs your intake.
1
Real personal injury qualification
Any kind of injury, not just crashes: what happened and when, injuries and treatment, who is responsible, whether an adjuster has already called. Then the questions that only matter for what actually happened — a police report for a crash, how long the hazard had been there for a fall, who owns the dog, whether they still have the product. Asked as a conversation, not read as a form.
2
A callback promised, or a consultation booked or requested
Every routine caller is told the office will call them back, and gives the time that suits them. Connect a calendar and the agent books an ordinary case's consultation instead, from your real availability, while the caller is still on the phone, or requests one where your calendar asks you to confirm.

Urgent cases offered a live transfer
A fatality, anything involving a city or a public body, an adjuster pushing for a recorded statement, evidence about to disappear: the agent recognizes the signs and offers to put the caller through to you live, in the hours you allow transfers. When it is unsure, it offers the transfer.
One plan, $149 a month, every answered call included. Fair use is a guide of up to 100 answered calls a month for one firm’s own line, not a cap: nothing meters your calls or cuts them off at that number. If you are consistently and substantially above it, we may get in touch to agree terms that fit that volume, and if we cannot agree any, the Terms of Service let either side end the plan.

What Pennsylvania firms ask before forwarding their line.
Pennsylvania needs everyone’s consent to record. Can I change what callers hear?
No. 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5703 is on F2’s list of all-party-consent statutes, and the disclosure is one wording for every firm and every state, written for those states. No setting turns it off or rewrites it. Whether its wording meets your bar’s rules is for you to check.
If a Pennsylvania caller asks whether they have a claim, what does the agent say?
The agent never gives legal advice or predicts an outcome: that is a hard rule, not a setting. It records what happened, who was hurt and how to reach the caller, so your attorney can judge it.
Can a serious Pennsylvania call still reach someone overnight?
Urgent transfers go to the transfer number you set, in the days and hours you allow them (all hours by default). To keep nights quiet, allow transfers only in your working hours: outside them the agent connects no one and flags the call for you, with a hot case named in the email’s subject line. Only a call already under way when your hours end may still be put through.
What do I find in my inbox on Monday morning?
The facts reach you by email after every call; only a call we are confident is spam gets none, and one we merely suspect arrives marked “Possibly spam”. A routine caller has been told the office will call back and has named a time that suits them; with a calendar connected, an ordinary case’s consultation is booked or requested. Part of my Pennsylvania clientele speaks Spanish. Is that covered?
Yes, around the clock, once you switch Spanish on. It stays off until you do, and the setting asks you to turn it on only if someone at your firm can follow up with a Spanish-speaking client. It costs nothing extra. Spanish intake for Pennsylvania firms
