A bicycle crash, as the agent takes it

The other driver for your conflict check, or the bicycle’s maker.

  • It lets the caller tell what happened in their own words before anything structured, and when they say only “an accident” it asks what kind, never assuming a car.
  • It asks whether they are already working with another attorney on it. A caller who already has a lawyer on that matter is ended politely, with no conflict check and no more questions.
  • For your conflict check it asks the other driver’s name and, if the caller doesn’t know it, the business the vehicle belonged to, such as a delivery service or a rideshare.
  • For a crash it asks who was driving what, whether the police came, whether a report was filed, whether anyone was cited and who, and the other side’s insurance.
  • For a hurt adult it asks, one question at a time, whether they have seen a doctor, whether they are still being treated, any hospital stay, surgery, missing work and ongoing pain.
  • It asks whether an insurance company has contacted them, whether they gave a recorded statement and whether they were offered money.
  • An insurance adjuster already pushing for a quick settlement or a recorded statement is a reason to offer to put the caller through to you live, in the hours you allow transfers, instead of booking a consultation.
  • When the caller blames the bicycle itself, it asks who makes it, whether they still have it, the make and model, where and when they got it, and whether it had been repaired or altered; a bicycle they might throw away or send back is evidence about to be lost, a reason for the same offer.
  • A road defect, a city bus or a police vehicle means a government body is involved, a reason for the same live transfer; the agent never books a consultation on that call and never tells the caller why it matters.
  • When the person hurt is a child, it takes the child’s injuries only as the caller offers them, with no follow-up, and never books a consultation on that call: your office calls back.
  • A death from the crash, or a life-threatening injury that has already happened, earns the same offer; an emergency still going on is sent to 911, never put through to your firm.
  • The other driver being cited, or running a light or a stop sign, goes in the summary as responsibility clearly with someone else; on its own it never earns a transfer.
  • A rider who alone was at fault, with no other driver, owner or maker, still gets the whole intake; the summary flags it, and it is not treated as urgent.
  • It never says whether your office takes the case, whether it sounds strong or what it is worth: that is for your attorney, from the email.

Every question the intake asks

Not a message-taker

A generic AI receptionist takes a message. This one runs your intake.

Urgent cases offered a live transfer

A fatality, anything involving a city or a public body, an adjuster pushing for a recorded statement, evidence about to disappear: the agent recognizes the signs and offers to put the caller through to you live, in the hours you allow transfers. When it is unsure, it offers the transfer.

Real personal injury qualification

Any kind of injury, not just crashes: what happened and when, injuries and treatment, who is responsible, whether an adjuster has already called. Then the questions that only matter for what actually happened — a police report for a crash, how long the hazard had been there for a fall, who owns the dog, whether they still have the product. Asked as a conversation, not read as a form.

Pricing

One plan. Every answered call included.

One plan, $149 a month, every answered call included. Fair use is a guide of up to 100 answered calls a month for one firm’s own line, not a cap: nothing meters your calls or cuts them off at that number. If you are consistently and substantially above it, we may get in touch to agree terms that fit that volume, and if we cannot agree any, the Terms of Service let either side end the plan.
