Bilingual legal intake: a real intake for Spanish-speaking callers, Spanish when you switch it on.
Intake Gateway answers your firm’s line when you can’t and runs a real personal-injury intake — in English, and in Spanish if you turn it on, at no extra cost.
Check the AI’s work: each intake email gives its summary and what the caller told it, and the call’s recording and full transcript are in your dashboard. AI intake and the ethics rules
Call the number we give you from your own phone and hear the agent take an intake — up to 15 minutes of test calls, before you add a card. First month free: a 30-day free trial, every answered call included, one trial per firm. Card on file, nothing charged before day 31. No setup fee. Month to month. US firms, calls in English and — if you switch it on — Spanish.
Start with nights and weekends. Forward your line only after hours, only the calls you don’t answer, or every call — a choice you make with your phone carrier or phone system, not a setting here, and can change at any time.
Hear our agent take an intake in Spanish on the demo line, 90 seconds
Recorded on our demo line: our AI agent answering an automated test caller who plays an invented person. It starts at the offer to continue in Spanish, at the end of the English opening disclosure.

Y si prefiere continuar esta llamada en español, con gusto lo hacemos; solo dígamelo.
Caller (invented)
Sí, en español, por favor.
Agent

After every call except one we are confident is spam, an email with the facts: a hot case named in the subject line, who called, the conflict check if you connected Clio, the summary and the intake.
Never the recording or the transcript. Those stay behind your sign-in, so a summary you forward cannot carry a caller’s voice out with it.

How Spanish works
Your choice, switched on in your own settings.
Spanish is there from launch, at no extra cost: the one plan covers every answered call, in English and — if you switch it on — Spanish, 24 hours a day.
You switch Spanish on yourself — it is off until you do, and the setting asks you to turn it on only if someone at your firm can follow up with a Spanish-speaking client. An intake we take in Spanish is no use to a caller your office then cannot talk to.
With Spanish on, one more sentence follows the fixed recording and AI disclosure, offering to continue in Spanish. A caller who takes that offer then hears the same disclosure again, in full, in Spanish.
The intake covers personal injury of every kind, in English and — if you switch it on — Spanish: crashes, falls and other premises injuries, dog bites, defective products.
A generic AI receptionist takes a message. This one runs your intake.
1
Real personal injury qualification
Any kind of injury, not just crashes: what happened and when, injuries and treatment, who is responsible, whether an adjuster has already called. Then the questions that only matter for what actually happened — a police report for a crash, how long the hazard had been there for a fall, who owns the dog, whether they still have the product. Asked as a conversation, not read as a form.
2
Urgent cases offered a live transfer
A fatality, anything involving a city or a public body, an adjuster pushing for a recorded statement, evidence about to disappear: the agent recognizes the signs and offers to put the caller through to you live, in the hours you allow transfers. When it is unsure, it offers the transfer.
3
A callback promised, or a consultation booked or requested
Every routine caller is told the office will call them back, and gives the time that suits them. Connect a calendar and the agent books an ordinary case's consultation instead, from your real availability, while the caller is still on the phone, or requests one where your calendar asks you to confirm.
One plan, $149 a month, every answered call included. Fair use is a guide of up to 100 answered calls a month for one firm’s own line, not a cap: nothing meters your calls or cuts them off at that number. If you are consistently and substantially above it, we may get in touch to agree terms that fit that volume, and if we cannot agree any, the Terms of Service let either side end the plan.

24/7 intake in English, and in Spanish if you switch it on
Urgent cases are offered a live transfer in your hours; others get a callback, or a booked or requested consultation for an ordinary case once a calendar is connected
