An injury at work, as the agent takes it

Who the caller works for, who else was there, and no advice on the claim.

  • Someone hurt at work is an injury call: the agent takes a full intake, and lets the caller tell what happened in their own words before anything structured.
  • It asks whether they are already working with another attorney on it. A caller who already has a lawyer on that matter is ended politely, with no conflict check and no more questions.
  • For your conflict check it asks who the caller works for and who else was involved.
  • For an injury at work it asks the employer, whether it was reported, when, and whether a workers’ compensation claim is open.
  • It asks whether anyone other than the employer was involved: another company, a contractor, a driver or someone else’s equipment.
  • For a hurt adult it asks, one question at a time, whether they have seen a doctor, whether they are still being treated, any hospital stay, surgery, missing work and ongoing pain.
  • Asked whether it is workers’ comp, or whether the caller may bring a claim, it gives no answer: it never says what kind of claim the caller has, or whether they have one.
  • A death from the injury, or a life-threatening injury that has already happened, earns a live transfer offer; an emergency still going on is sent to 911, never put through to your firm.
  • Someone other than the employer causing the injury goes in the summary as responsibility clearly with someone else; on its own it never earns a transfer.
  • It never says whether your office takes the case, whether it sounds strong or what it is worth: that is for your attorney, from the email.

Every question the intake asks

Not a message-taker

A generic AI receptionist takes a message. This one runs your intake.

Real personal injury qualification

Any kind of injury, not just crashes: what happened and when, injuries and treatment, who is responsible, whether an adjuster has already called. Then the questions that only matter for what actually happened — a police report for a crash, how long the hazard had been there for a fall, who owns the dog, whether they still have the product. Asked as a conversation, not read as a form.

Urgent cases offered a live transfer

A fatality, anything involving a city or a public body, an adjuster pushing for a recorded statement, evidence about to disappear: the agent recognizes the signs and offers to put the caller through to you live, in the hours you allow transfers. When it is unsure, it offers the transfer.

A callback promised, or a consultation booked or requested

Every routine caller is told the office will call them back, and gives the time that suits them. Connect a calendar and the agent books an ordinary case's consultation instead, from your real availability, while the caller is still on the phone, or requests one where your calendar asks you to confirm.

Pricing

One plan. Every answered call included.

One plan, $149 a month, every answered call included. Fair use is a guide of up to 100 answered calls a month for one firm’s own line, not a cap: nothing meters your calls or cuts them off at that number. If you are consistently and substantially above it, we may get in touch to agree terms that fit that volume, and if we cannot agree any, the Terms of Service let either side end the plan.
