Recording disclosure
The approved recording disclosure was given at the start of this call.
“Thank you for calling [your firm]. You’re speaking with an AI assistant, not an attorney, and this call is recorded and transcribed for quality, case-evaluation, and legal record-keeping purposes. Talking with me doesn’t make you a client yet — an attorney reviews what you tell me, and the firm will follow up. By staying on the line, you consent to being recorded. If you’d rather not be recorded, you’re welcome to hang up now. Otherwise, let’s get started — can you tell me a little about what happened?”
